Zur Verstrkung unseres ADR-Teams suchen wir einen Sales Development Representative – eine zentrale Rolle, um den Erstkontakt mit potenziellen Kunden herzustellen und aktiv zum Wachstum von Aptean beizutragen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Qualifizierung eingehender Leads und Pflege von In-Target Leads zur Steigerung von Marken- und Produktbewusstsein

• Aktive Kundenakquise, inklusive Cold Calling

• Planung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von E-Mail-, Direktmail- und Outbound-Kampagnen

• Pipeline-Management und regelmige Berichterstattung

• Erstellung detaillierter Profile von Konten und Kontakten

• Untersttzung bei Messen und Veranstaltungen nach Bedarf

• Wchentliche Erstellung von Lead-Generierungsberichten mit Excel/CRM

• Feedback an Marketingteams zur Optimierung der Kampagnen

• Pflege der Interessentendatenbank unter Einhaltung der GDPR-Richtlinien

Dein Profil

• Erste Vertriebserfahrung von 1–2 Jahren wnschenswert, aber kein Muss – auch Quereinsteiger:innen sind willkommen

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z.B. Salesforce) von Vorteil

• Grundkenntnisse im Business Development von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

• Starkes Verstndnis fr Kundenentwicklung und Verkaufsprozesse

• Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verkaufsfhigkeiten, schriftlich wie mndlich

• Organisations- und Zeitmanagementkompetenz sowie Fhigkeit zur Priorisierung

• Detailorientiertheit und Wertschtzung von Prozess- und Datenintegritt

• Kreativitt und ausgeprgter Geschftssinn

• Flieend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
