Description: As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of our services to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the liaison between clients, service providers, and our organization to facilitate efficient communication and service execution.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and resolutions in our database.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure it meets our established standards and client expectations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during service execution, escalating to higher management when necessary.
  • Facilitate clear and efficient communication between clients and service providers to ensure all parties are informed and aligned. Daily communication with your service team members.
  • Ensure work orders have all the correct information for accurate and timely invoicing upon job completion.
  • Maintain accurate safety records.
  • Provide support to the Service Manager by preparing reports that are needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • A proactive attitude towards addressing client needs and enhancing their service experience.
  • Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Cooperative and able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with service management software and basic computer skills.

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel occasionally to attend meetings, trainings, and events.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds of files, documents, and materials.
