We are seeking a highly experienced bookkeeper with deep, hands-on expertise in QuickBooks to manage our full-cycle bookkeeping operations. This role demands precision, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate advanced proficiency across all QuickBooks modules, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop across all modules.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end bank and credit card reconciliations with zero tolerance for discrepancies.
• Record and review journal entries, adjusting entries, and general ledger transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments, and collections follow-up.
• Process payroll and ensure timely, accurate payroll tax filings and reporting within QuickBooks.
• Generate and analyze financial statements profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow and present them to management.
• Monitor and track sales tax liabilities, prepare filings, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assist with budget preparation, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with CPAs or external auditors during tax season and audits, providing clean, well-organized records.
• Identify and correct bookkeeping errors proactively, maintaining the integrity of all financial data.
• Manage multiple clients or entities simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
