As one of Georgia's fastest-growing interdisciplinary autism providers, we are seeking a visionary Director of Clinical Quality & Training to help drive clinical excellence across our organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead clinical quality, outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives across AAC
• Conduct Clinical Excellence Rounds (monthly at each center) to support leadership development, case consultation, quality improvement, and organizational alignment
• Develop training systems and leadership development programs that support clinician success
• Create quality dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems that drive meaningful decision-making
• Support accreditation readiness, compliance initiatives, and organizational quality standards
• Partner with Executive Leadership to support growth, innovation, and scalability
• Build systems that improve client outcomes, support clinicians, and strengthen organizational excellence

Requirements:

Who We're Looking For:

• BCBA certification for a minimum of 5 years (BCBA-D preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience serving as a Clinical Director required
• Experience leading quality, training, compliance, accreditation, or organizational initiatives preferred
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership, systems-development, and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about improving outcomes, developing leaders, and driving clinical excellence
