The Manager of Customer Partner will be responsible for managing key client relationships, improving customer engagement, and ensuring alignment between operational performance and strategic objectives. This role acts as a trusted advisor to healthcare partners while collaborating with internal teams to deliver measurable improvements.
- Manage strategic client relationships through regular communication on performance results, priorities, initiatives, and operational updates.
- Partner with service delivery and functional leaders to align business objectives, address risks, and execute improvement plans.
- Analyze performance metrics, trends, challenges, and opportunities to develop actionable strategies that improve customer outcomes.
- Translate data-driven insights into recommendations that support operational excellence, client satisfaction, and performance improvements.
- Serve as a customer advocate and change agent by promoting best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify initiatives that enhance operational performance and support the growth and development of revenue cycle teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external healthcare partners.
- Monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and proactively develop solutions to maintain strong partnerships.
- Support transformation initiatives by helping clients adopt new processes, technologies, and operational strategies.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
The ideal candidate is an experienced customer relationship professional with strong leadership abilities, healthcare industry knowledge, and a proven ability to manage complex client partnerships. They should be skilled at analyzing performance data, communicating with senior stakeholders, and driving improvements in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships, preferably within healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of operational performance management and client success strategies.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

- Competitive base salary range of $65,000 - $116,747.20 per year, depending on role scope, experience, skills, education, and location.
- Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 10%.
