This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supervisor, SMB, Outbound, Comcast Business based in United States.

The Supervisor, SMB Outbound will lead a team of sales professionals dedicated to generating business growth through outbound sales activities targeting small and medium-sized businesses.
This role focuses on coaching, performance development, sales execution, and ensuring the team consistently achieves revenue and customer experience goals.
The position requires a strong sales leader who can motivate teams, optimize sales processes, and drive results in a fast-paced technology environment.
You will play a key role in improving sales performance through coaching, data-driven insights, and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

The Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations, provide leadership to outbound sales representatives, and ensure the team delivers strong business results while maintaining high standards of customer engagement and service quality.

  • Lead and motivate a team of Business-to-Business outbound sales representatives focused on acquiring small and medium-sized business customers.
  • Coach representatives on prospecting strategies, time management, sales funnel management, forecasting, product knowledge, and closing techniques.
  • Monitor team performance, ensure daily activity targets are achieved, and provide ongoing feedback to improve results.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share best practices, communicate priorities, and strengthen sales capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions are properly documented.
  • Perform call monitoring and side-by-side coaching sessions to reinforce effective sales techniques and compliance standards.
  • Handle escalated customer situations while ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with leadership teams to improve communication, align sales strategies, and support organizational goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, develop improvement plans when needed, and support hiring and personnel decisions.
  • Provide insights from customers and sales representatives to help improve processes, products, and overall business performance.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines sales leadership experience with strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to coach teams toward measurable outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in sales, team leadership, or a related customer-facing environment.
  • Experience managing or coaching sales teams, preferably in an outbound or business-to-business sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, prospecting strategies, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to improve team results.
  • Comfortable handling customer escalations and resolving complex situations professionally.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions on matters of importance.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or overtime when required.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving business objectives.
