Remote - Board Certified Behavior Analyst in at JFHS LLC

360 Human Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in a part-time remote role. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while mentoring developing clinicians, collaborating with families, and helping children achieve meaningful outcomes.

As a BCBA, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor client progress through data-driven clinical decision-making, and ensure treatment fidelity through staff training and clinical oversight. This role also provides the opportunity to mentor future clinicians by supervising and signing off fieldwork hours for BCBA trainees and RBT candidates in accordance with BACB supervision requirements, ethical standards, and organizational policy.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behaviors of concern and determine intervention strategies.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Develop, implement, and supervise skill acquisition programs based on ABA principles.
• Conduct virtual assessments, caregiver interviews, clinical observations, and record reviews as appropriate.

• Monitor client progress through data review and ongoing assessment; revise treatment plans based on measurable outcomes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and guide clinical decision-making.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented consistently across providers and service settings.
• Provide remote clinical oversight using secure telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and structured supervision to RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and developing clinicians.

Maintain consistent availability to supervise:

• BCBA trainees completing BACB fieldwork requirements
• RBT candidates completing competency and supervision requirements

Conduct supervision in accordance with BACB requirements, including:

• Direct observation of client sessions
• Virtual supervision meetings and case reviews
• Competency-based feedback and coaching
• Ethical oversight and documentation review

Sign off supervision hours for BCBA trainees and RBT candidates, ensuring:

• Supervision standards are met for frequency, documentation, and format
• Supervision logs are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Supervisees demonstrate competency-based progress and ethical practice

Support supervisees with individualized professional development plans and ongoing mentorship.

• Train and support staff on the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and treatment programs.
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to staff and caregivers to promote consistency and client success.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, physicians, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in virtual team meetings, case reviews, clinical trainings, and professional development activities.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including:

• Progress notes
• Assessment reports
• Behavior Intervention Plans
• Treatment plans
• Supervision logs
• Trainee documentation
• Caregiver training documentation

Additional responsibilities include:

• Preparing progress summaries and reports for funding sources and families.
• Ensuring documentation complies with organizational standards, payer requirements, HIPAA, and BACB ethical standards.
• Completing documentation within required timelines.

• Stay current with research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Apply evidence-based interventions to clinical programming.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct consistent with the BACB Ethics Code.
• Follow all organizational policies, confidentiality standards, and payer requirements.
• Maintain professional boundaries while working in a remote environment.

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of ABA experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and clinical implementation.
• Excellent communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing telehealth services or virtual clinical supervision is preferred.
• Must be willing and able to supervise and sign off supervision hours for BCBA trainees and RBT candidates in compliance with BACB requirements and company policy.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private professional workspace suitable for remote clinical work.
