- Build and maintain CAD integrations with platforms such as Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, and NX, including metadata mapping and engineering workflow support.
- Develop integrations between PLM systems and MES, MOM, quality, and manufacturing applications.
- Create REST and SOAP services to expose PLM data using technologies such as OData, Info*Engine, and custom Java-based solutions.
- Implement message-based and event-driven integration patterns using middleware platforms including MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, and SAP CPI.
- Design robust error handling, monitoring, alerting, and recovery processes to ensure reliable integration operations.
- Optimize high-volume integrations by improving performance, scalability, throughput, and resource efficiency through data-driven analysis.
- Lead modernization initiatives by replacing legacy point-to-point integrations with scalable middleware-based architectures.
- Collaborate with PLM, ERP, CAD, engineering, and business teams to align technical solutions with operational needs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Provide post-production support, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and long-term stability improvements.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate emerging integration technologies and recommend solutions based on business requirements, technical fit, and long-term value.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in PLM integrations, enterprise application architecture, and modern integration technologies. They should be comfortable working across engineering and business domains while delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.
