This senior fullstack role sits at the core of a fast-moving product growth squad, responsible for shaping and evolving scalable digital solutions used by thousands of legal professionals. You will act as a key technical reference, driving end-to-end development across backend and frontend while enabling rapid experimentation and continuous delivery. The environment is highly collaborative, data-driven, and focused on product-led growth, where engineering decisions directly influence user retention, engagement, and business expansion. You will partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to transform hypotheses into production-ready features. The role also emphasizes modern engineering practices, cloud scalability, and strong experimentation culture, including A/B testing. This is a fully remote position that values autonomy, ownership, and continuous learning in a diverse and inclusive team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving fullstack development and technical leadership within a growth-focused squad, including:
- Acting as a technical reference, delivering end-to-end solutions across backend and frontend systems
- Building scalable and high-performance applications aligned with product and business needs
- Supporting rapid experimentation cycles, including A/B testing and feature validation
- Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Defining and enforcing engineering best practices such as code quality, testing, and CI/CD processes
- Developing integrations with analytics and growth tools to support data-driven decisions
- Contributing to the evolution and scaling of successful initiatives across multiple squads
The ideal candidate brings strong fullstack engineering experience combined with a product-oriented mindset, including:
- At least 5 years of experience as a fullstack developer working on scalable systems
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Java and Kotlin
- Frontend experience with Angular, React, and modern web development standards
- Experience designing microservices-based and cloud-based architectures
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices
- Ability to act proactively, learn continuously, and adapt to new technologies including AI-assisted development
- Experience with A/B testing and growth experimentation tools is a strong plus
