• Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js (when applicable), ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability across solutions.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces aligned with UX/UI standards and business needs.
• Design and implement reusable components following clean code principles and solid frontend architecture practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure application quality through automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and strong version control practices (Git/GitFlow).
• Participate in technical decision-making, code reviews, and agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives, and reviews).
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers, supporting technical growth and promoting engineering best practices.

• Strong experience (5+ years) in frontend development using React.js in production environments.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Solid experience consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong background in automated testing using tools such as Jest, Testing Library, and Cypress.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows (GitFlow or similar).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in agile, multidisciplinary teams with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Next.js and SSR/SSG is a plus.
• Knowledge of Design Systems and Storybook is a strong differential.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalable architectures is a plus.
• Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban) is desirable.
