Acting as both strategist and hands-on contributor, this professional will guide the implementation of automated and manual testing frameworks while remaining actively involved in execution. The Lead QA is responsible for establishing, guiding, and continuously improving quality assurance practices across multiple teams while actively contributing to testing execution.

• Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies tailored to different technologies, project types, and delivery contexts
• Lead the design and execution of automated and manual testing frameworks across web and mobile environments
• Participate hands-on in test development, execution, and debugging to ensure product quality and reliability
• Mentor and support development teams in adopting strong QA practices and quality-first approaches

• Proven experience in QA leadership or senior QA roles within software development environments
• Strong expertise in automated testing tools and frameworks for both web and mobile applications
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing execution in complex software systems
• Ability to define QA strategies aligned with different project needs and technical stacks
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and agile environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and influence cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance product needs and quality requirements
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG is a plus
• Experience building QA foundations, processes, and scalable quality systems is highly valued
