Front Desk and Enrichment Assistant in West Palm Beach, Florida at Palm Beach Day Academy

Palm Beach Day Academy seeks to employ a highly motivated, detail-oriented person with excellent technology and interpersonal skills to serve as the Front Desk and Enrichment Assistant. The position requires a full-time, 12-month employee.

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner

Assist Receptionist in:

• Tracking and maintaining records for Teachers including Physicals/TB Assessment, CPR/First aid, yearly 10 hour credit requirements
• Updating and maintaining student files: Current immunization records, filing report cards and testing
• Tracking student attendance daily and for report cards
• Various mailings to parents throughout the year
• Operation of copiers and mail machines
• Greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing all inquiries to the appropriate party courteously, promptly and efficiently
• Sorting incoming mail, accepting deliveries, and overseeing distribution to faculty and staff
