Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our aesthetics-focused team at a new location in Lewis Center, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who has expertise in aesthetic based treatments. You will help clients achieve their beauty goals while you grow your career in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities

- Perform cosmetic injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care

- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, educate them on treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans

- Maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance with industry regulations

- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and products in aesthetic medicine

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and expand the clinic’s client base

- Participate in entrepreneurial initiatives to grow the practice, including branding, social media, and community outreach

Skills and Qualifications:

- Must be an Advanced Practice Nurse and hold a valid State of Ohio APRN license

- Proven experience in administering Botox, dermal fillers, or similar procedures

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and innovation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of current aesthetic trends, products, and industry best practices
