KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist clients with ADLs including incontinence and personal care/hygiene
• Assist bedbound clients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Provide appropriate redirection and support to clients with dementia and Alzheimer's disease
• Perform safe lifting and transferring techniques
• Safely operate and assist clients with mobility equipment including Hoyer lifts, gait belts, walkers, and wheelchairs
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Preparing meals and assisting with meal-related needs, medication reminders, light housekeeping and laundry assistance.
• Assisting with transportation, errands, and appointments as assigned
• Maintaining client dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality at all times

• Minimum of 4 years caregiving experience required.
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday availabilities required.
• Must have a genuine passion for helping seniors and individuals who need assistance.
• Must be dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional.
• Must successfully complete required background checks and meet applicable Texas
• hiring requirements.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Current automobile insurance required.
• Must be available to work assigned shifts, including day and/or night shifts as needed.
• Must demonstrate professional communication and appropriate workplace conduct.
