Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Temp to provide immediate support to their accounting team through the end of the year. This role will assist with AP-related tasks, archiving, record organization, and general support to help the department manage outstanding work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable processing and related administrative tasks.
• Organize, archive, and maintain AP records and documentation.
• Assist with invoice and vendor documentation as needed.
• Review information for accuracy and completeness.
• Support the AP Manager with outstanding projects and backlog.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

• Previous accounts payable or related accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
• Dependable, accurate, and able to start quickly.
