Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Assists the Patient Care Services Managers with payroll functions.

  • Supports timekeeping, and overall ensures the smooth operation of assigned unit(s) as directed by the manager or his/her designee.
  • Supports timekeeping by reviewing payroll throughout the pay cycle, verifying overall accuracy including appropriate shift and differential assignment as applicable.
  • Processes and tracks shift incentive bonuses.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field, "payroll."
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Professional office/payroll and timekeeping admin experience desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
