About the Role
We’re seeking General Managers who are passionate about people, cars, and leading high-performing teams. You’ll manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure every customer receives top-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach team members
- Oversee daily store operations
- Assist with vehicle maintenance
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Maintain facility standards and safety compliance
- Handle inventory, cash control, and bank deposits

Requirements:What You’ll Need
- 1+ year of retail, hospitality, or automotive management
- Hands-on automotive experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License & Age 18+
- Fluent in English
- Reliable attendance and communication skills
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet
- Required to work a minimum of 48 hours per week
- Completion of CBT and management training modules
