Position Title: Director of Environmental Services

Location: Elizabethtown Area School District, Elizabethtown, PA

Now seeking a stellar Director of EVS to lead our AMAZING Environmental Services Team in a busy and fast-paced school setting. The following attributes are required:

• 5+ years of Environmental and Custodial work in a school district is preferable
• Working knowledge of MS office programs to include Word, Excel & Power Point
• Strong knowledge of floor refinishing on VCT, Terrazzo and soft surface flooring
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

The EVS Director/ GM will ensure that the facility is in functioning in a proper and safe manner while ensuring the overall appearance, sanitation and cleanliness is apparent to our Client, Patients, Residents and Guests.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3-5 Years of EVS Management Experience

Strong Knowledge of Facility and EVS Maintenance procedures

Strong work ethic and Team Player

Amazing Leadership and Mentoring skills

Strong Computer and Administrative Skills

Experienced employee management, accounting, HR functions

Experience Managing a budget and purchasing

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar desired

Mechanically inclined, understanding EVS Industry language
