Maintenance Technician – Multifamily Housing – St. Louis area
** $2,000 sign-on bonus

We’re hiring for positions at:
- Vicino on the Lake - Creve Coeur, MO
- Heritage Estates Apartments – Affton, MO
- The Villages at General Grant – Affton, MO
- Forest Woods Apartments – Valley Park, MO
- The Retreat at Seven Trails – Ballwin, MO
What we offer:
- Pay: $19 - $25 /hr. - (DOE, position, and location)
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses.
- On-call bonus structure - up to $1,300.

What we’re looking for:
We have opportunities for individuals with a broad range of skills and experience, plus great training for entry-level Techs. Our goal is to hire individuals who take pride in their work, are customer-service-oriented, reliable, professional, and have a positive attitude. Experienced Tech positions require:
- 1+ years’ experience in multi-family housing maintenance
- EPA License preferred
- CPO Certification preferred
- Experience with:
- HVAC
- Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipes)
- Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
- Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)
- Water heaters (gas & electric)
- Drywall repair and painting
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders efficiently and according to priority
- Turn apartments between resident occupancy (Make Ready)
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Maintain property grounds and complete preventative maintenance
- Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
- Share 24/7 emergency coverage duties with other team members
- Paint and stain interiors and exteriors as needed
