As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to our quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock workstations before each shift.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members.
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and cleaning duties as needed.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Work efficiently during busy dinner services while maintaining attention to detail.

• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience with Italian cuisine is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

• Evening shifts required.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.
