Job Description
Catering Food Prep
Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare and plate cold food items (salads, sandwiches, fruit plates, charcuterie boxes) for airline customers
Maintain food safety and quality standards set by our customers
Job Requirements
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
Must have dependable attendance
At least 2 years of experience cooking in a high-volume institutional catering environment preferred.
Must have strong efficiency in knife skills
Must be able to read, write and understand English
Must be able to use fingers/hands to handle equipment
Must be able to lift and push 50+ lbs
Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8+ hours.
Must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities.
Must have strong organizational skills
Must have a strong understanding of food safety and & HACCP regulations
