Plastic Surgeon — Peninsula Location About Us

Company is a physician-led medical aesthetics and wellness practice with locations across the Bay Area. We're expanding to the Peninsula and looking for a Plastic Surgeon to help lead this new location, with an co-ownership opportunity for the right fit.

Position Overview
We're seeking a licensed, board-eligible/board-certified Plastic Surgeon with 1+ year of post-residency clinical experience to join our growing practice. This role combines clinical excellence with the opportunity to build and eventually co-own a location — ideal for a surgeon who wants more autonomy and equity upside than a typical associate role offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures (e.g., body contouring, facial rejuvenation, injectables oversight, laser/energy-based treatments as applicable)
• Conduct patient consultations, develop treatment plans, and ensure informed consent and safety protocols
• Collaborate with Medical Director and clinical staff on standards of care, protocols, and quality assurance
• Mentor and provide clinical oversight to nurse injectors, PAs/NPs, and aesthetic staff as needed
• Participate in practice growth initiatives — patient experience, service line expansion, and community/referral relationships
• Maintain compliance with California medical board regulations, HIPAA, and practice policies

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completed plastic surgery residency (board-certified or board-eligible)
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• 1+ year of independent or supervised post-residency clinical experience in aesthetic/plastic surgery
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills; comfortable in a patient-experience-driven practice
• Interest in practice ownership, business operations, or entrepreneurial growth a strong plus
