  • Design and evolve the end-to-end go-to-market operating model, establishing scalable frameworks, standards, and execution practices across the revenue organization.
  • Drive alignment between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to create a unified and efficient revenue engine.
  • Own pipeline governance processes, improving pipeline health, sales velocity, conversion rates, and overall revenue predictability.

  • Standardize revenue motions, qualification frameworks, and sales execution practices to increase productivity and consistency.
  • Improve seller effectiveness by identifying operational barriers, simplifying processes, and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Establish manager enablement frameworks, coaching practices, and performance rhythms that strengthen accountability and execution quality.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations teams to optimize CRM adoption, data quality, workflows, and revenue technology platforms.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives related to new processes, systems, and strategic revenue programs.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators, including pipeline velocity, conversion, forecast accuracy, productivity, and net revenue retention.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership by analyzing performance trends, identifying opportunities, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Support the adoption of AI-enabled and technology-driven approaches to improve revenue operations and business outcomes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in revenue enablement, revenue operations, sales strategy, or go-to-market leadership roles, with a proven ability to build scalable systems and improve business performance. They should be comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or related go-to-market roles.
  • Demonstrated success improving revenue performance metrics, including pipeline efficiency, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and retention outcomes.
  • Proven experience designing GTM processes, pipeline governance frameworks, forecasting models, and operating cadences.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives within organizations of varying levels of maturity.
  • Strong ability to influence senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  • Experience with revenue technology platforms, CRM systems, and tools designed to improve sales productivity.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment is required; EdTech or high-growth B2B experience is preferred.
  • Experience building scalable enablement programs and improving organizational effectiveness.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.
  • Competitive compensation package based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Home office setup reimbursement to support effective remote work.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and career development.
