This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of RevOps based in United States.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale the systems, processes, and strategies that power a modern go-to-market organization. The Head of RevOps will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Account Management through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This position will own the development and evolution of the Ideal Customer Profile, revenue workflows, segmentation models, and automation strategies that accelerate growth. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong technical understanding of revenue technology platforms. Working closely with executive stakeholders, this role will help build a scalable foundation for efficient customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
The Head of RevOps will act as the strategic backbone of the go-to-market organization, building the frameworks, systems, and insights needed to improve revenue performance and customer engagement.
- Own the development, refinement, and ongoing evolution of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Product, and leadership teams.
- Build ICP frameworks using firmographic, technographic, behavioral, and intent data to identify high-value customer segments and buying signals.
- Establish win/loss analysis processes and reporting frameworks to inform go-to-market strategy and revenue decisions.
- Create recurring ICP review processes to incorporate market changes, customer insights, and product evolution.
- Translate ICP insights into actionable strategies across CRM systems, outbound campaigns, paid programs, and content initiatives.
- Develop account scoring and segmentation models to improve prioritization, personalization, and sales efficiency.
- Design and optimize end-to-end revenue workflows that reduce friction throughout the customer journey.
- Manage and enhance revenue technology ecosystems, including CRM, enrichment tools, automation platforms, and data systems.
- Build automation strategies for outbound sequences, lead routing, enrichment workflows, and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to improve GTM efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with technical teams to guide the development of integrations, internal tools, and revenue intelligence solutions.
- Analyze customer signals to identify expansion opportunities, churn risks, and whitespace opportunities within existing accounts.
The ideal candidate is a strategic revenue operations leader with strong experience in B2B SaaS environments, GTM strategy, and building scalable revenue systems.
- Proven experience leading or owning Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development and operationalization.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, go-to-market strategy, and revenue growth frameworks.
- Experience driving strategic RevOps initiatives rather than solely managing operational processes.
- Hands-on experience with modern revenue technology stacks, including CRM platforms, enrichment tools, sequencing platforms, and data systems.
- Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build automation systems and scalable processes that improve efficiency.
- Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Comfortable leveraging AI and LLM-based tools for GTM automation, personalization, research, and operational improvements.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and practical execution.
- Annual base salary range of $200,000–$230,000 USD.
- Strategic leadership role with direct visibility and partnership with executive stakeholders.
- Opportunity to build revenue systems and processes from the ground up.
- High-impact position influencing go-to-market strategy and business growth.
- Opportunity to work with modern CRM, automation, data, and AI-powered technologies.
- Collaborative environment focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to shape scalable processes that directly impact revenue performance.
