How You’ll Make an Impact:
Help build RTCA's brand by creating engaging social media content that attracts top manufacturing talent and showcases our people, technology, and capabilities. Working closely with HR and site leadership, you'll lead recruitment marketing initiatives while growing our digital presence across multiple platforms.
What you’ll be doing as a Social Media & Employer Brand Associate :
- Working a temporary full-time position at any of our CA or WA locations (Chatsworth, CA, Fife, WA, Simi Valley, CA, or Sumner, WA).
- Manage and grow RTCA's social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, employee spotlights, and shop floor highlights.
- Develop recruitment marketing campaigns to attract skilled manufacturing and aerospace talent.
- Promote job openings, hiring events, and company initiatives.
- Maintain a content calendar and consistent brand messaging.
- Track social media performance and recommend improvements.
- Partner with HR and Operations to showcase RTCA's culture, technology, and capabilities.
- Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and employer branding initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications (Education, skills and experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing business social media accounts.
- Demonstrated success growing an organization's online presence.
- Experience creating digital content, including photography, video, and graphics.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Education, skills and experience):
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial marketing.
- Experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, social media analytics, and paid advertising.
- Photography and videography experience.

The Social Media & Employer Brand Associate Compensation range for onsite California and Washington applicants is $20-23 per hour commensurate with experience. Some shifts may include shift differential pay rates. Other site ranges may differ.}
