Keg Washing Operator and Delivery Associate (Seasonal)
Join our dynamic team as a Keg Washing Operator and Delivery Associate, where your attention to detail and dedication to quality will be essential in supporting our production and distribution processes. This seasonal position offers an engaging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our kegs while assisting with local deliveries and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the keg washing machine to ensure all kegs are cleaned to company standards
- Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
- Assist on the packaging lines during peak times or as required to support production efficiency
- Support local delivery operations by safely transporting kegs to designated locations
- Ensure proper handling and storage of kegs during washing and delivery processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during operations and deliveries
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or delivery environment preferred
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot keg washing equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for local delivery responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle kegs and related equipment

- Proficient in all areas of keg washing.
- Top-notch mechanical skills and problem-solving capabilities are a must.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to multitask are essential.
- Coordinate with Head Brewer to ensure there are always enough clean kegs for racking.
- Maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
- Ensure that Keg Washer is being properly maintained.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in packaging operations is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently
- Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis
- While primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat)
- Must be able to work in hot, cold, and wet environments
- Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
- Must be able to drive vehicles with either a manual and / or automatic transmission
- Must be able to use a ladder, i.e., work at heights of 10+’ above grade
