This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiting professional with a strong background in technology hiring and talent acquisition strategy. In this fully remote role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across a diverse portfolio of federal government and commercial contract positions, helping to connect highly skilled professionals with impactful opportunities. Working closely with hiring managers and program leaders, you will play a critical role in building talent pipelines, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and ensuring compliance with industry and contractual requirements. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination for a variety of technical and professional positions.
- Partner with hiring managers, program leaders, and stakeholders to define hiring requirements, develop job descriptions, establish evaluation criteria, and align recruiting strategies with business needs.
- Source and attract top technology talent across disciplines such as software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data science, IT project management, and systems administration using multiple sourcing channels and advanced search techniques.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate communities to support ongoing and future hiring demands.
- Recruit for federal contract positions requiring security clearances while ensuring adherence to compliance standards, labor category requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Support commercial staffing initiatives by developing a strong understanding of client environments, workforce needs, and growth objectives.
- Conduct candidate assessments, behavioral interviews, and qualification reviews while maintaining a positive, transparent, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting performance metrics, maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring for technology-focused roles.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for federal government contracts and familiarity with cleared personnel hiring processes.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, technology skill sets, and the competitive market for technology talent.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements, EEO regulations, federal contracting standards, and recruiting best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment in a fully remote work environment.
- Preferred qualifications include experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or civilian federal agency contracts; familiarity with security clearance adjudication processes; experience with platforms such as ClearanceJobs and Dice; understanding of DCAA-related hiring compliance; and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or LinkedIn Recruiter certifications are considered advantageous.
