Opportunities available in the heart of Dallas

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Credentialing Specialist to support credentialing, enrollment, and contracting activities across multiple payer types and service lines. This role is ideal for someone early in their credentialing career who is highly organized, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple priorities. The Junior Credentialing Specialist will work closely with the Senior Credentialing Specialist to

Location: Mesquite (4550 Gus Thomasson Rd, Mesquite TX 75150)

Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do:

  • Assist with initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications across all payer types
  • Gather and verify provider documentation (licenses, DEA, board certifications, malpractice)
  • Complete and submit applications via CAQH and payer portals • Track application status and follow up with payers
  • Support provider enrollment with TMHP, Medicaid MCOs, Medicare, and Commercial plans
  • Maintain accurate provider records across systems (eCW, CAQH, payer portal, etc.)
  • Monitor expirations and assist with renewals
  • Maintain trackers and provide status updates
  • Coordinate with HR, billing, and operations teams
  • Support workflow improvements and special projects

What you need to succeed

To be a productive member of our team, you will have a pleasant and professional demeanor, be a self-starter, the ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and the ability to preserve confidentiality. You will also have the following:

  • 1–3years' experience in credentialing or healthcare administration
  • Basic understanding of credentialing and enrollment processes
  • Familiarity with CAQH and payer portals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, eCW and Texas Medicaid and MCO’s.
  • Credentialing Certification (or in progress)
  • Excellent engagement and communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Burmese, Pashto, Rohingya is a plus
