Join us as a TikTok Shop Live Host to bring energy, excitement, and exceptional customer engagement to our online shopping community!

We are seeking an energetic and camera-confident TikTok Shop Live Host to represent our brand by going live from our Pacific Beach retail store. This role focuses on showcasing Sand Cloud products, engaging with viewers in real time, and driving sales through TikTok Shop livestreams.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, retail, and connecting with customers in an engaging, authentic way. The position is part time with the opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling brand and the potential for long term involvement and expanded responsibilities.

Schedule:
2 – 3 hours per days, 5 days per week

What You'll Do - Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

● Host live TikTok Shop sessions from our retail store(s)

● Present, demonstrate, and discuss products in a clear, engaging, and authentic manner

● Interact with viewers in real time (answer questions, respond to comments, encourage purchases)

● Maintain a positive, on-brand presence that reflects our company values

● Set up and manage basic livestream equipment (phone, tripod, lighting, etc.)

● Coordinate with store management on featured products, promotions, and inventory

● Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement, sales) and provide feedback to management

● Follow company policies, brand guidelines, and all workplace standards

● Prior on-camera experience is required (TikTok, Instagram, livestreaming, or QVC-style selling)

● Previous TikTok Shop livestream experience preferred

● Basic understanding of TikTok Shop features (pinning products, handing live questions)

● Comfortable speaking on camera to a live audience

● Strong communication and customer service skills

● Interest in social media, livestreaming, and e-commerce

● Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required

● Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

● Basic tech skills (smartphone apps, social media platforms)

● Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store during livestreams

● Ability to commute to our store location(s)

● Ability to lift up to 50lbs
