EHR Education & Support Specialist in Ann Arbor, Michigan at Hospice of Michigan

Job Summary: The EHR Education & Support Specialist is the primary owner of end-user education and training for NorthStar Care Community's (NSCC) electronic health record (EHR) system, including New Hire General Orientation, ongoing internal training, and training and support for partner organizations. This role is responsible for assisting with the support, design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the electronic health record system and related IT applications for NSCC and external partner. The EHR Education & Support Specialist combines technical proficiency with strong instructional and communication skills to build EHR competency across clinical and administrative staff at NSCC and its partner organizations.
