Turf - Operator at Erin Hills Golf Course, LLC – Hartford, Wisconsin

Part-Time Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt

III. Primary Responsibilities

Under direct supervision from the Grounds Management Team he or she will be responsible for the operation of mechanical equipment including but not limited to:

• Various turf mowers
• Tractors and tractor implements
• Heavy machinery such as skid steers and mini excavators
• Dump trucks

IV. Reports to:

Grounds Management team

V. Special Requirements:

• He or she must have a valid Drivers License
• He or she must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Requires ability to safely operate trucks and motorized equipment

VI. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

Operators will be required to:

• Work extended hours, which includes weekend and holiday shifts
• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Work on or near heavy machinery
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Do repetitive tasks with few breaks
• Complete tasks in a timely manner
