Core4ce is looking for Part-Time Solutions Architect to join our team in Springfield, VA

Responsibilities

• Determines how to interconnect systems to improve architecture performance. Also determines what data is shared between systems and what data the architecture should output.
• Support Research scientists in reviewing and developing engineering documents for Tasking, Collection, Production, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED), included but not limited to Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Experiment Design Documents (EDDs), and systems architectural and overview briefings
• Perform technical analysis of research data results utilizing advanced data science and spectral, temporal and spatial phenomenological analysis.
• Support field experiment design, resourcing, validation, and contribute to the analysis and publishing of results.
• Interface with the Major System Acquisitions (MSA) program offices to coordinate research requirements, schedules, funding, and deliverables.
• Review/assess existing and state of the art space components, subsystems, systems and architectures.
• Propose new technologies and concepts, and review/assess new technologies as they are integrated.
• Know how to use and use as part of its analysis support the Systems Tool Kit (formerly known as Satellite Took Kit) (STK) from Analytic Graphics Inc., and other similar tools to conduct earth-centric, cis-lunar, lunar, and planetary orbital analysis for individual space platforms and constellations that can include thousands of space platforms such as satellites and space stations.
• Provide technical expertise to develop modeling and simulation capabilities and to support and improve collection, analysis, processing, data fusion, exploitation and dissemination of GEOINT collection.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering or related disciplines.
• 13 years of experience and a MA/MS degree or in place of a MA/MS degree, an individual must have a BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience within a discipline relevant to the work associated with the position
• Secret Clearance Required
