Job Summary:

Step into the forefront of transformative change as VeraData's next Agency Sales Manager, where your mission is to manage connections and ignite growth with advertising and marketing agencies to drive revenue. As the steward of these critical relationships, you will be presenting and selling VeraData’s innovative solutions, artfully aligning them with the objectives of the agencies, ensuring their clients’ fundraising success.

Your day-to-day involves more than just conversations—it’s about crafting narratives of possibility, showing how the intelligent use of data can revolutionize fundraising campaigns for agencies and their clients alike.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Craft and implement a visionary sales blueprint aimed at forging meaningful partnerships with agencies. Your strategic acumen will pave the path for these alliances, creating a network that amplifies the narratives of nonprofits in the data age.

  • Seamlessly adapt and align VeraData’s suite of innovative solutions with the unique aspirations of each agency. In your presentations, you will demonstrate the transformative potential that our data-driven tools offer, resonating with the agencies' ambitions to drive social change.

  • Pursue excellence with vigor by setting ambitious sales goals and consistently surpassing them. Through your adeptness at both attracting new clients and fostering deep-rooted relationships, you will manifest both growth and steadfastness in our client base.

  • Spotlight razor-sharp insights on donor behaviors and strategic data approaches. With your guidance, agencies will unlock a new echelon of informed, data-savvy strategies that resonate with the heartbeats of their campaigns.

  • Join forces with our dedicated teams to co-create solution-focused outcomes that serve the missions of our clients. Your role is pivotal in translating the collective expertise of our teams into success stories, culminating in the utmost realization of client aspirations.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships within the nonprofit sector, with an established network of contacts or a demonstrated ability to quickly develop a strong pipeline of nonprofit clients

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand and present data analytics effectively.

  • Proven success in agency or business-to-business (B2B) sales.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in agency sales or account management.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

  • 30% travel required
