About This Position

We are urgently hiring for Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Sincere Residential is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) that are passionate about patient care. We are hiring for multiple locations in different counties.

Various hours and schedules available.

Sincere Residential is dedicated to serving both urban and rural communities, therefore we have strict transportation and attendance requirements. Qualified applicants must have their own transportation, valid driver's license, car insurance, and a smartphone. Because of this, we are offering competitive compensation to qualified candidates. Sincere Residential is selective about its staffing and so are our clients.

What do DSPs Do? Your position will require you to provide what is known as homemaking and attendant care services. Homemaking is exactly that, cooking and cleaning. Attendant care will consist of monitoring clients, assisting in dressing, and may require assisting in bathing. In some cases, the client may not be able to be left unattended. Group home and singular client positions available. These positions will require you to be personable and professional. Communication is key!

Sincere Residential Benefits:

20 hours of PTO after 1 year (Part-time employees)

40 hours of PTO after 90 days (Full-time employees only)

Position Requirements:

Reliable transportation

Smartphone (for timekeeping)

Valid Car Insurance (Copy of proof must be provided upon hire)

Valid Drivers License

Must be able to pass a thorough background check

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

High School Diploma, GED, or HSE minimum

CPR Certification (training offered as needed)

Schedules available:

Morning and Evening Available

Monday to Friday Available

Weekend Shifts Available

Work Location: Varies (Primarily Indianapolis, Anderson and Noblesville areas)

Staff will be assigned to specific clients

Multiple locations in the greater Indianapolis area *May only apply to part-time, flexible staff*

Annual Deductible $1000 per individual | $3000 per family

Office Visit for Primary Doctor $25 copay

Retail Prescription Drugs Level 1/ In-Network:

Tier1: $15 copay/ $25 copay

Tier2: $60 copay/ $70 copay

Tier3: $125 copay/ $135 copay

Tier4: $400 copay after deductible/ $500 copay after deductible

Dental: Plan Type PPO

Annual Deductible: $50 per person | $150 per family

Annual Maximum: $1,500

Preventive Services: 0% Coinsurance, no waiting period

Office Visit: No Charge

X-rays: 0% Coinsurance, deductible waived.

Teeth Cleaning: 0% Coinsurance, deductible waived.

Topical Fluoride: 0% Coinsurance, deductible waived.

Sealant: 0% Coinsurance, deductible waived.

Routine Services: 20% Coinsurance, no waiting period

Restorative Dentistry/Fillings: 20% Coinsurance

Oral Surgery/Extractions: 50% Coinsurance

Endodontics/Root Canals: 50% Coinsurance

Periodontics/Scaling: 50% Coinsurance

Major Services: 50% Coinsurance, no waiting period

Stainless Steel Crown: 50% Coinsurance

Resin/Porcelain Crown: 50% Coinsurance

Bridges: 50% Coinsurance

Dentures: 50% Coinsurance

Prosthetics: 50% Coinsurance

Orthodontics: Not covered

Vision: Plan Type PPO

Exam: $10 copay||Every Calendar Year

Materials: $0 copay

Frame- $130 Allowance, then 20% off any remaining balance

Scratch Resistant Coating- $0 copay
