Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one part-time Multi-Site Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. This hourly position will work closely with prospective renters and customers to ensure the highest of customer service standards. Traveling between properties will be a requirement, mileage reimbursement eligible. Rate: $15-$16 an hour

Hours: Monday through Friday, with potential weekend hours, up to 24 per week.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Answering a high volume of calls/emails.
  • Data entry.
  • Assist with customer service.
  • Take resident work orders.
  • Preparing communication to Residents.
  • Reporting for maintenance services.
  • Filing and scanning.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Customer-oriented and friendly.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
  • Valid PA Driver's License.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
