This position is responsible for processing transactions, handling cash, reconciling daily sales, assisting with retail sales, and performing administrative duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell tickets for the Portage Glacier Cruise, providing guests with tour details, pricing, and availability.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and electronic transactions while ensuring secure handling of payments.
• Reconcile daily sales, balancing cash drawers and reporting any discrepancies.
• Assist with retail sales, stocking merchandise, and maintaining an organized sales area.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating a positive experience.
• Perform administrative duties, including data entry, inventory tracking, and daily sales reporting.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling, sales, and guest service.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
