About the Role
The Production Support Analyst sits within the Solidifi Product Strategy Team and is a critical liaison role between the business, technology teams, and all internal and external clients and partners. This individual will report to the Production Support Manager and will work closely with all areas of the business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
· Root cause analysis and issue resolution, escalation and communication
· Identify possible solutions to a variety of technical and operational problems and take steps toward resolution, collaborating with both operations, clients and technology
· Apply working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
· Integration relationship and support management with 3rd party vendors
· User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for monthly builds, technology releases, and at client request
· Weekly configuration, work order management and review
· Log and follow up on outstanding tickets for bugs
· Support analysis of change requests and new features
· Back-office user and client setups and maintenance
· System permission and rights management
· Production issue troubleshooting, resolution, communication, and oversight
· Daily, monthly, weekly and adhoc analysis reporting using excel, BI tools, or other technology tools.
· Other duties as assigned
Skills and Expertise
· Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 3-4 years progressive business experience
· Experience in analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues preferred
· Project Management experience preferred
· Strong MS Office suite of products (Excel, Office, Powerpoint, etc.) experience a plus
· Experience with Samanage and Atlassian products preferred
· Basic level of understanding of database systems and macros
· Ability to work independently as well as in a fast-paced team environment
· Incredible attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and deductive reasoning
· Ability to gather information and present in a clear, concise manner
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
