Multi-Site Leasing Consultant in Houston, Texas at Evolve Living

Evolve Living is a multifamily management company founded in 2024. Evolve Living is poised for significant growth and is looking for a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant for several sites around Houston. We are looking for someone who is extremely responsible and has reliable transportation. As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you will be a very integral part of the being the forefront of the leasing process, ensuring a positive living experience for our resident and a great non-transactional experience for prospects. Your strong customer service skills, ability to juggle a busy environment, and note/record keeping skills must be top notch.

Responsibilities:
-Answer phones and greet residents and prospects when they enter the leasing/office area.
-Build and maintain rapport with residents to increase overall resident experience.
-Assist managers with marketing plans and conduct market studies. Take part in B2B when needed.
-Perform and note daily follow up with all prospects. Identify and communicate ways to overcome objections and follow Evolve Living leasing process.
-Maintain property and neighborhood knowledge.
-Work closely with manager to understand and follow leasing goals and other property financial goals.
-Assist in planning resident events and create monthly event calendar.
-Assist with the leasing administration process in notes, screening, lease preparation, and move-in preparation.
-Help with planning make-ready process, when needed as part of the move-in process.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in multifamily property management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with leasing procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as work independently
when needed.
-Knowledge of Entrata software.
-Bi-lingual is a plus.
