Smith Agency Inc., a private nonprofit serving children and adults with developmental disabilities, is hiring compassionate Residential Caregivers for our Aurora homes.

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct care in a structured, home-like setting
- Support daily living activities and routines
- Assist with behavior management
- Create a safe, respectful, and consistent environment
We operate:
- 2 Residential Child Care Facilities
- 8 Adult PCA Group Homes
What You Need
- 2 years caregiver or human services experience (written reference required)
- Experience working with developmentally delayed individuals
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Pass FBI background check & drug screen
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends may be required)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Work experience includes working with people with disabilities or comparable field. Must have completed high school or equivalency, CPR / First Aid, Medication Certification, Defensive Driving and have a clean C.B.I. (Fingerprints) and CDHS Background Check. Applicant must have an active driver's license and clean driving record. Must have a negative drug screening.
