About This Position

Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Stamford, CT (In-Office)
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team and support full life cycle recruiting efforts across our corporate office, as well as our residential and commercial real estate portfolio. This in-office role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify top talent while enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a wide range of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and offer management.
  • Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates; support hiring managers with interview coordination and feedback collection.
  • Maintain job postings across multiple platforms and ensure all are up-to-date and optimized for visibility.
  • Assist in extending offer letters, initiating background checks, and processing candidate onboarding materials.
  • Track candidate progress through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Partner with the Director of Recruiting on special projects, reporting, and strategy initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support related to recruiting, including correspondence with candidates, interview scheduling, calendar management, and file organization.

Qualifications of the Recruiter:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience; agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple open roles at once and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
