Remote - Entry Level Customer Service at Spade Recruiting – saskatoon, Saskatchewan

In this role, you’ll focus on supporting union members who request information about their benefits. Daily activities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls

• Setting appointments and conducting virtual presentations

• Reviewing benefits and options with members

• Completing and processing necessary paperwork

• Ensuring quality control and client satisfaction

• Building leadership skills and growing into advanced roles

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities

• A positive, energetic, and professional attitude

• The ability to connect with individuals and groups effectively

• Team-player mindset and strong interpersonal skills

• Prior customer service or sales experience (preferred, not required)

• Eligibility to legally work in the U.S. or Canada
