What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help members review benefit options and make informed decisions for their families. Responsibilities include:

Scheduling and conducting virtual or in-person appointments with members who have requested information

Explaining available coverage options in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand way

Helping families identify plans that fit their needs

Building trust through strong communication, follow-up, and ongoing support

Maintaining accurate records and completing required documentation

Taking part in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Working with a supportive team focused on integrity, growth, and results

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals who are coachable, motivated, and ready to grow. Ideal candidates have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills and comfort using digital tools

A reliable work ethic and self-motivated attitude

Good organization and time management

A professional, service-focused approach

Ability to pass a background check

Customer service, sales, or leadership experience is helpful but not required. Full training is provided for every new team member.
