Shipping Assistant (heavy lifting required)

Starting at $17.00 an hour

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

• Test product ensuring a quality product is delivered every time
• Load large trucks with heavy hurricane shutters
• Build wooden crates for international deliveries
• Act as a jumper for our delivery drivers, helping unload our trucks
• Organize the loading process to best suit the amount of stops for the drivers

Preferred Experience Includes:

• Shipping Experience
• Ability To Use a Tape Measure
• Hand Tool Experience
• Power Tool Experience
• Forklift Experience

Qualified Individuals should:

• Have the Ability and Willingness to work in a team environment
• Have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE
• Be able to follow directions/instructions.
• Be able to use critical thinking to solve problems
• Must have a presentable appearance
