Pay: $20.00 to $26.00/hour DOE
Travel Benefits: $50.00/day per diem, paid mileage if using your vehicle, and no on-call responsibilities.

Your Day-to-Day:

As a National Maintenance Rover, you’ll take on a variety of tasks and challenges:

Complete work orders promptly and effectively.
Prepare apartment units for new residents (make-ready/turns).
Paint, stain, and maintain interior and exterior spaces.
Handle preventative maintenance programs and inventory management.
Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs.
Lead capital projects such as rehabs and major repairs.
Manage snow removal and pool maintenance as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

Flexible Schedule: Two weeks on, one week off, working 10-hour shifts (up to 110 hours during the two-week period).
Experience:
- Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall knowledge.
- HVAC/heat pump experience (preferred).
- HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification (preferred, but not required).
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
