You will play a critical role in supervising a team of skilled ICU nurses and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, embodying our commitment to best practices and optimal patient health across our network in 28 states.Proven leadership and organizational skills within a hospital setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with patients, families, and hospital administration.In-depth knowledge of ICU operating procedures and emergency response.Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure.
