Position Summary
We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Ironton, MO. The PTA will assist in providing high-quality physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function in accordance with APTA standards and state licensure laws.

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
  
• Instruct and motivate patients in therapeutic exercises and functional activities
  
• Accurately document patient progress and report updates to the therapy team
  
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, families, and facility staff
  
• Demonstrate Concept Rehab’s values of Commitment, Respect, and Integrity in all interactions
  

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (required)
  
• Outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
