We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in Lancaster. This position will serve as the Leasing Specialist for multiple conventional apartment communities in the area. Rate: Depending on experience and position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm

Role and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
• Ensuring Company policies and procedures are upheld.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Travel is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
