Job Title: Host / Busser

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Host / Busser to join our dynamic team at our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials

- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus, but not required
