Job Title: Greeter / Busser
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Greeter / Busser to join our team at our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that the dining area is clean and organized. This position requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and guide them to their tables
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage waitlists efficiently
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Support the team in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
