Job Title : Full time / Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Description Are you a friendly and customer-focused individual looking for an entry-level remote opportunity? We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and providing excellent service. Responsibilities: * Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. * Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer questions, concerns, and issues. * Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving product or service-related inquiries. * Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our CRM system. * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. * Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. * Provide product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. * Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. * Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think quickly on your feet. * Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns or complaints. * Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of professionalism. * Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems or customer service software. * Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
